What We Check Before Shipping
Quality is enforced on the line, not written into a brochure. Each production batch passes through grading, screening and a final pack test before it is released for packing.

- In-line grading and screening across 150,000 cells per day

- Full traceability from cell batch to finished pack serial
- Production runs through 12 documented steps, from cell forming to final packaging
Transport & Dangerous Goods
Lithium cells are Class 9 dangerous goods. Shipping them without the right paperwork is the most common reason a battery order is held at the airport.
