1. Where We Ship From
All orders are dispatched from our factory in Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. We ship worldwide, subject to the lithium battery transport restrictions described in section 4.
2. Shipping Methods
| Express courier DHL / UPS / FedEx |
Samples and small orders, typically up to 100 kg. Door-to-door with tracking. |
| Air freight | Medium orders. Airport-to-airport; customs clearance and local delivery arranged separately. |
| Sea freight | Bulk orders. Port-to-port, FCL or LCL. Best cost per kilogram for large volumes. |
| Rail / road | Available for some destinations in Europe and Central Asia on request. |
The exact method is agreed before shipment and stated on the proforma invoice.
3. Lead Times
Indicative production and dispatch times, counted from receipt of deposit and confirmation of specifications:
| 1 – 100 pcs | 7 business days |
| 101 – 1,000 pcs | 12 business days |
| Above 1,000 pcs | By negotiation, confirmed on the proforma invoice |
| OEM / ODM with new tooling | Sampling first, then production; schedule confirmed per project |
Transit time is additional and depends on the carrier and destination. Express shipments typically take 3–7 business days; air freight 5–10 days; sea freight 25–45 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
4. Lithium Battery Transport Compliance
Our cells and packs are lithium batteries and are classified as dangerous goods (UN 3480 for cells, UN 3481 for batteries packed with or contained in equipment, Class 9). We ship in accordance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations for air and the IMDG Code for sea.
For every shipment we provide:
- UN38.3 test summary
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- Dangerous goods declaration, where required by the carrier
- Certificate of Origin, on request
Some carriers and destinations restrict or prohibit the transport of standalone lithium cells, or impose state-of-charge limits (commonly 30% for air transport). Where a route cannot legally carry the goods, we will propose an alternative routing, a different carrier, or sea freight.
The Buyer is responsible for confirming that the goods may lawfully be imported into the destination country and for holding any import permit or product registration required there.
5. Packaging
Cells are packed individually in protective cartons with terminal insulation and shock-absorbing material. Standard export carton for a single 22 Ah cell: 28 × 20 × 25 cm, 0.6 kg gross.
Bulk orders are palletised and shrink-wrapped. Dangerous goods labels, orientation marks and the UN number are applied to each outer carton. Packaging is designed to withstand normal handling in transit; it is not designed for immersion or prolonged exposure to water.
6. Shipping Costs and Terms
Freight is quoted separately unless the proforma invoice states a delivered price. Trade terms are normally EXW or FOB Shenzhen (or another port agreed in writing), as stated on the proforma invoice.
Unless we expressly agree to DDP terms in writing, the Buyer is responsible for import duties, value-added tax, customs clearance fees and any destination charges. We do not under-declare invoice values.
7. Tracking and Documents
Once goods are dispatched we send the tracking number, commercial invoice, packing list and the transport documents listed in section 4. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.
8. Delivery Problems
Please inspect the outer packaging before signing for delivery. If a carton is visibly damaged, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photograph it before opening.
Report any shortage, damage or incorrect item within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photographs, the order number and the carton label. We will open a claim with the carrier and, where the loss is our responsibility, replace or credit the affected goods.
Claims for damage reported after the 7-day window, or after the goods have been installed or modified, cannot normally be accepted.
9. Address Changes and Failed Delivery
Shipping addresses must be confirmed in writing before dispatch. Changes requested after dispatch may not be possible and may incur carrier fees.
If a shipment is returned because the address was incorrect, the consignee was unavailable, or duties were refused, the Buyer bears the return freight and any re-shipment cost. Storage charges applied by the carrier are also the Buyer’s responsibility.
