Protection thresholds, balancing strategy and communication configured for your application, with firmware tuned to how your device actually draws current.

Connector type, wire gauge and lead length produced to your drawing, with the harness assembled and tested in-house.

How a Custom Project Runs
Five stages, each with a clear output so you always know what happens next.
01 · Requirement Review
Send your application, target voltage and capacity, size limits and any drawing. Our engineers review feasibility before quoting.
02 · Proposal & Quotation
We come back with cell choice, series configuration, BMS approach, estimated lead time and price.
03 · Sample Build
A physical sample is built and tested against your targets, including discharge and temperature checks.
04 · Validation & Approval
You test the sample in your device. We adjust the design until it meets spec, then lock the specification.
05 · Mass Production
Production runs on automated lines with 100% final pack testing and full traceability per batch.
Production lead time is 7 days for 1–100 pcs and 12 days for 101–1,000 pcs. Shipping terms are EXW or FOB Shenzhen. Lithium cells move as Class 9 dangerous goods under UN3480 / UN3481 with UN38.3 and MSDS documentation provided.
